Formerly the Iron Mission State Park, the Frontier Homestead State Park tells about the early development of Iron County. In the 1850s Brigham Young sent Mormon missionaries to mine and process iron. The displays include horse-drawn vehicles used from 1850 to 1920 and a collection of Indian and pioneer artifacts.
