DESCRIPTION:Hello everyone\, \nThe Conference of Inter-Mountain Archivists will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting on May 14-16\, 2026 (with a potential pre-conference workshop option on May 13th) in Cedar City\, Utah at Southern Utah University’s Hunter Alumni Center. This year’s theme will be “All the World’s an Archive: Players\, Pages\, and Posterity”. \nThe Program Committee encourages members new and old to submit a presentation proposal\, from newer professionals\, first-time presenters\, colleagues from non-academic institutions\, and seasoned professionals – we want to hear from you! Presenters may submit more than one proposal but may expect to present only one session or poster. The conference will be a hybrid in-person/virtual event. Both in-person and virtual presentation proposals will be considered. \nAreas of interest include\, but are not limited to: \n\nHands on demonstrations of techniques and processes\nAdvice on networking with donors\, politicians and high-level stakeholders\nCommunity outreach and advocacy\nWorking with students\, interns\, volunteers\, etc.\nTechnology and the archives (AI related sessions are welcome)\nExhibits\n\nFor full details and to submit a proposal (now extended through February 13!)\, visit the CIMA Proposals form.

SUMMARY:CfP: CLIR Pocket Burgundy series
DESCRIPTION:The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) invites proposals for its “Pocket Burgundy” series. Prospective authors and writing teams can propose ideas for reports relevant to the information and cultural heritage communities. Selected authors and teams will be offered a stipend of $3\,000 for each publication. The deadline for submissions is March 24\, 2026. Decisions will be announced in late May. \nPlease visit the call website for full details on making a proposal.
