The 2024 Annual Conference will be held from May 29 to June 1, 2024 in Reno, Nevada, at the University of Nevada, Reno Libraries in the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center.

- March 18, 2024: Registration opens (in-person and virtual)
- April 29, 2024: Early-bird registration ends (in-person only)
- May 13, 2024: Registration closes for in-person and reception attendees only
- May 20, 2024: Registration closes for virtual attendees

Register for the SAA Pre-Conference Workshop, “Preserving Digital Archives,” through the SAA Website. Pre-conference workshop is not included in CIMA registration.
