The Utah State Library, created in 1957, works to develop, advance, and promote library services and equal access to information and library resources to all Utah residents.
The Utah State Library Division maintains a collection of publications created by Utah state government agencies, boards, commissions and other government entities. Subsidized by public funds, these publications are are meant to be widely available to the citizens of Utah.
The Utah State Library is the central depository of all official state digital and print publications.
